Michael Parker was released from prison in August of 2014 after serving more than twenty years for a crime he did not commit.

He now lives in South Carolina where he struggles to build a new life.

 

Parker was exonerated with the assistance of the Wrongful Conviction Clinic at Duke Law Innocence Project.
